Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Restaurant Concepts International, Inc. is committed to making restaurantsconceptint.site usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

1. Our Standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor disabilities.

2. What We Have Implemented

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
• A skip to main content link for keyboard and screen reader users
• Labels on every form field, with errors shown in text rather than color alone
• Visible keyboard focus styles on links, buttons and form controls
• Color combinations chosen for readable contrast
• Responsive layouts that work with zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling
• Accessible labels on social media icons
• Pricing tables built with proper header cells for screen readers

3. Accessibility In The Concepts We Develop

Accessibility is a design consideration in every concept we work on, and it is frequently overlooked until an inspector or a lawsuit raises it. We address ADA compliant seating and clearances, accessible service counters and bar heights, restroom requirements, path of travel through the dining room, menu legibility including large print and digital alternatives, and staff training for serving guests with disabilities. Building it into the concept is dramatically cheaper than retrofitting it after opening.

4. Menus And Digital Accessibility

Where we design menus and digital ordering experiences, we advise clients on contrast, type size, structure and screen reader compatibility. A PDF menu that a screen reader cannot parse excludes guests and creates risk. It is straightforward to avoid when addressed at design stage.

5. Need Assistance?

6. Ongoing Work And Feedback

Accessibility is continuous rather than a one time project. We review pages as content changes and correct issues as they are found. Third party content such as embedded maps is governed by its own provider. We welcome reports of barriers and aim to respond within two business days.
